In Luzon, You can go up north in the Cordillera Region and see the marvelous Banaue Rice Terraces of Ifugao; or, mark with a traditional tattoo called as batok with the living legend Apo Whang Od in the isolated village of Buscalan in Kalinga. From the mountains, you can go down and dance with the waves of San Juan beach in La Union, or go south to Bicol Region and see the perfect-cone volcano of Mt. Mayon.
If you prefer enjoying the city life, then the National Capital Region is a great place to explore. This region is composed of 16 cities packed with shopping malls, tall-buildings, and places for leisure. One of which is the Bonifacio Global City, a fine and upgraded place for city living.
Experience the best islands in the world in El Nido, Palawan or go canyoning/canyoneering in Badian, Cebu for that adrenaline rush! Chill in the beaches of Panglao in Bohol, and meet the little primates known as Tarsiers. You can enjoy island life and surf in competitive waves of Siargao in Mindanao.
